Chief Executive officer of a FTSE 100 equivalent company. Mandhir has over 30 years of experience across the energy sector, covering national, regional and global roles. He has lived and worked across the world, leading, restructuring and transforming large businesses and building diverse teams. He has also worked as a Senior external advisor to one of the leading global strategy consultancies as well as being a NED in the care sector.
He is an inclusive and collaborative leader who brings commercial and intellectual rigour, independence of thought, strategic clarity and humility. Further, he brings a unique blend of B2C, B2B and B2B2C experience, working in emerging and mature markets as well as expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of products and services.
Mandhir graduated from University in the UK with a PhD in Chemistry, he also has undertaken executive education programs at Stanford and Kellogg School of Management in the US. Mandhir lives in the Cotswolds where he enjoys walking, golf and exercises regularly to keep fit!

His last business role was as Global CMO and VP of Strategic Customers for a leading global brand in the automotive aftermarket and energy space. He has served in India, Asia Pacific region and UK and now divides his time between London, India and Singapore.
His key skills and areas of expertise are Strategic Marketing and Brand management, Strategic customer management, P&L leadership, Business Strategy, Strategic Partnerships and Sustainability leadership.
He has a unique blend of B2C, B2B and B2B2C experience, worked in emerging and mature market scenarios and has worked in national, regional, and global roles.
