Protecting confidential information

Employee conduct

  • Employees and associates are prohibited from using prohibited drugs or alcohol while on Klarendon premises or during working hours.

  • Employees and associates must refrain from using Klarendon email to transmit sexually explicit, suggestive, offensive, or harassing material.

Travel, entertainment, expenses and gift policy

  • All travel, entertainment and gifts given or received on behalf of Klarendon Partners must be necessary, reasonable, in adherence to spending limits and guidelines and directly related to the company's business activities.

Reporting violations

  • Employees and associates are encouraged to report any violations of the Code promptly and without fear of retaliation.

  • We provide confidential mechanisms for employees to report violations, ensuring trust and accountability in the reporting process.
